Banana makes the best bread! Yum! Where did you find macadamia oil?
It is available in most supermarkets and health food shops in Australia. Not sure where you are based but if you are in the US it may be more difficult to find. Good luck. It is a fantastic oil to cook with as it has a mild nutty flavour that enhances baking but is also excellent to stirfry with as it has a high smoking point. It’s fatty acid profile is also excellent being very similar to olive oil.
